Lateral Sewer Pipe Connection System
REHAU's AWADOCK lateral sewer pipe connection system provides you with a superior, reliable and economical means to connect PVC lateral to concrete and reinforced concrete. Our system is ideal for side connections of sewage pipes made of PVC and PP to concrete pipes and manholes. Shear forces and bending occur due to settling differences between the main and the connected pipes. Our AWADOCK connection is flexible and comes with a high volume connecting seal to help absorb some of those movements and avoid leaks.
- Easy and fast to install at the constructions site
- Reliable because of the defined compression of the high volume connecting seal
- Prevents pipes from projecting inwards due to a stop in the screw-in crown and a retaining collar on the connecting seal
- Reduces corrosion of reinforced concrete pipes by covering the cut steel with the connecting seal
- Resists expulsion in the pressure test due to high surface pressure of the connection seal after the conical crown has been screwed in
- Resistant to shear forces during different settling of the main and connected pipes
